adi's last dance recital

Taco Hot Dish
Ingrediants:
- 2 lbs ground beef - 1 cup water
- 1 small finely chopped onion - 2 cups shredded mozz chees
- 1 packet taco seasoning - 1/2 package wide egg noodles
- 2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce - 1 cup
- 1 cup crushed doritos
Directions
1- brown ground beef and onions
2- add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water
3- simmer for about 10 minutes
4- in a separate kettle, make egg noodles until about half done
5- drain noodles wll and add to ground beef mixture
6- add few squirts of ketchup, mix thoroughly
7- use 9x13 pan, (layer meat-cheese-meat-cheese-meat last layer) of the ground beef noodle mixture and cheese
8-sprinkle with crushed doritos over the top
- bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes- remove foil last 5 min for crispy chips

- sour cream is good on top

Thought I would add to the great recipes megan and kayla have been posting- its nice to change things up- i tried this one tonight first time and it was really good!! By the way megans kneophla casserole was great; haven't tried the other but eager too
